Kevin Woo
Kevin is a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant at Crossroads Law, bringing a wealth of experience from his work in funeral homes and at the Calgary Remand Centre, where he supported vulnerable populations. His diverse background, combined with his own experience as a father, led him to family law, fueling his passion to support families through challenging times.
Driven by a desire to lift up his community, Kevin seeks out solutions that lead to better outcomes for children facing the difficulties of family breakdowns. Fluent in Korean, Kevin is particularly adept at assisting Korean-speaking clients who may be unfamiliar with Canadian culture or struggling with language barriers. His native language skills and deep understanding of both cultures allow him to bridge gaps and ensure clients feel understood and supported.
Kevin excels in organizing, file management, and client support, known for his efficiency and ability to maintain composure under pressure. His kind and empathetic nature makes him an invaluable asset to the clients he supports, offering a calm and reassuring presence during stressful situations.
Outside of the office, Kevin is actively involved in the community, volunteering at St. Andrews Kim Parish as a member of the funeral committee, where he helps families prepare for the final steps in a loved one’s life. He also enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Vancouver, swimming, hiking, and snowboarding. He is an avid fan of video games and fantasy novels, with a special fondness for the anime character Luffy from One Piece.
