Most recently, she led a successful HR consulting business, where she focused on driving strategic initiatives and implementing professional HR practices across diverse organizations. Lynn is skilled at leading teams of all sizes, and in developing and implementing effective HR strategies. Lynn is committed to healthy living and strives to support others to do the same. She volunteers for the Arthritis Society of Canada in two different factions to raise awareness of this emerging and debilitating disease. In 2009, she ran the Big Sur Marathon for the Arthritis Society, surpassing her fundraising goal.
Outside of work, you can find Lynn enjoying the outdoors whether walking, cycling, or gardening. And of course, cheering for the esteemed Saskatchewan Roughriders!
