Mayra Avella
Mayra works as a paralegal in the Crossroads Law Calgary office.
Prior to joining the legal profession, she worked as a teacher in Latin America. With over a decade of expertise as a legal assistant and paralegal, she brings a wealth of experience to her role.
Mayra’s kind demeanor is a great asset to our team. She has a strong sense of integrity and is a hard worker whose reliability makes our clients feel cared for. She is highly knowledgeable, organized, and takes tremendous pride in her work. Mayra ensures that deadlines are met so that clients always have peace of mind. She is attentive to the needs of families in difficult situations and is appreciated by all for her empathetic approach.
Her teaching background provides a strong foundation for helping people in vulnerable times. Mayra’s passion is in making a difference and in helping others by ensuring that people feel that they are being listened to and valued.
When not at work, Mayra enjoys spending time with her children, visiting her family, traveling, hiking, biking and going to the gym.
