How to share feedback with Crossroads Law
At Crossroads Law, our mission is to help people successfully navigate the family law system while providing an excellent customer experience. We are client centred and, whether passionately advocating for you at trial or effectively negotiating a mediated settlement, your interests come first. We respect our clients and listen closely to their needs, providing advice on the best path to take for their particular situation.
Should you have any concerns regarding your legal proceedings, your appointed lawyer, or any other staff member at our firm, we encourage you to first bring these to the attention of your lawyer. Open communication is vital, and your lawyer is there to address and resolve any issues you may encounter. If your concerns persist after discussions with your lawyer, please make them aware so they can escalate the matter to our leadership team.
