Jiya holds a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in finance, from the University of British Columbia and earned her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law. She draws on her financial background and business acumen to help clients assess risk, understand the long-term financial impact of legal decisions, and pursue solutions that are both practical and sustainable.

This financial lens also strengthens her approach to family law matters involving complex property division, support obligations, and disputes where long-term financial stability is a concern.
