Calgary Family Lawyer, Cody Stokowski, joins the Crossroads Law team
Cody P. Stokowski is an experienced family lawyer based in Calgary, known for his versatility and dedication to helping clients find practical solutions to complex disputes. Focused on fostering open communication and encouraging productive co-parenting, Cody employs a range of strategies to help clients minimize conflict and achieve long-lasting solutions in the most efficient way possible. With extensive litigation experience, Cody is also a fierce advocate for his clients in court and arbitration. If amicable resolutions aren’t possible, he is tireless and resolute in his commitment to helping his clients achieve the best possible outcome.
Cody holds a Bachelor of Management in Business & Economics from the University of Alberta and a Juris Doctor from Bond University, which qualifies him to practice law in both Canada and Australia. He is also currently pursuing a Masters of Laws (LL.M) in International Taxation at Osgood Hall Law School, York University, further enhancing his knowledge and expertise to better serve his clients.
Cody’s can assist clients with a broad range of family law matters, including child mobility / relocation, parenting, Hague Convention international child abduction matters, child and spousal support claims, and complex property division matters in Canada, and internationally.
Cody is also a strong believer in promoting access to justice and is committed to finding ways to provide affordable and accessible legal services to those who need it.
In his spare time, Cody enjoys playing hockey and spending quality time with his daughter.
