Crossroads Law Honoured as Excellence Awardee for Family Law Firm of the Year

We’re honoured to share that, for the third consecutive year, Crossroads Law has been named an Excellence Awardee for Family Law Firm of the Year at the 2025 Canadian Law Awards.

While we’re incredibly proud of this recognition, this award isn’t really about us. It’s about the thousands of stories we’ve been trusted to be part of.

In family law, no two cases are the same. But what unites the work we do—across provinces, time zones, and even years—is the trust clients place in us during some of the most difficult and uncertain moments of their lives.

This past year alone, we’ve worked with parents navigating separation while protecting their children from conflict… survivors finding the strength to leave after years of feeling stuck… guardians advocating for fair support so their kids can access opportunities they never had.

We’ve seen remarkable resilience, courage, and vulnerability. And those are the stories that give meaning to this award.

One client told us:

“I can’t imagine how I’d be able to handle everything without the support, guidance, and advice I received. Crossroads Law brought clarity and calm to one of the most stressful times of my life.”

Another shared:

“Crossroads Law gave us a real fighting chance. They were the glimmer of hope we so desperately needed—and not a day goes by that we aren’t grateful.”

For us, this feedback is a reminder of what it means to stand alongside our clients—with compassion, resolve, and our full commitment to helping them through, no matter the challenge.

Awards like this affirm that change is possible in the legal industry. That trauma-informed, client-focused, and innovative legal services aren’t just ideals—they’re becoming the standard.

We share this honour with our clients, whose courage drives everything we do. And with our entire team—lawyers, paralegals, and staff—who show up every day not just with skill, but with heart.

Thank you for letting us be part of your story.
